VE.Can termination

HI

I got two VE.Can terminators with my CerboGX. Once is used for BMS CAN the other for VE.CAN. As I am adding a new MPPT RS, I need another terminaton plug on that end. Is there anything special about the Victron ones, or can I just use any other terminator I have around?

Ypu can daisy chain all your CAN units and have one terminator on the end.

Where did you use the two?

Both plugs are in the Cerbo.

One in BMS CAN, the other BMS Can goes to the Pylontech Battery (there is no termination).
Second in VE CAN, other port is going to the new MPPT RS (where I supposed termination would be needed)

You can move the VE CAN one to the second port on the MPPT RS.
