To Victron! Why can't I open the csv file requested via the advanced tab of the portal?

Victron sent me an email "Download your Victron Energy data export" with a link.

I expect a file of about 16 MB.

But it is not possible to open the link:

Not in any browser, not in the victron app.

If I select a shorter intervall ("today") then it works fine.

Is there a problem with larger csv files?

This year in May and June I got files of 16-32 MB...

Which program do you use to open a Comma Seperated File?


There are a bunch of Windows programs which can not cope with more then 4 or 8 MByte.


KleinWeich Excel crash under Windows 10 if I open a CSV with more then 16 columns and around 26000 rows
