Hello, until a few days ago I was still getting emails and push notifications when my system generated an alarm. Now all of a sudden I don't get any push via app and also no email anymore although the alarms show up in the log. The checkboxes for push and email notifications are still set. I noticed that there is a "mute" icon next to my email in the alarm rules.
I should be able to change this via my profile settings. But if I want to unmute then I get the following error message:
My dealer and Victron support was stumped.
Does anyone have any ideas?
