Alarm Rule - No grid

I want to set an alarm for when the grid fails, so that it can mail & push notification me.

1) Which device do I use? Easysolar II or MultiPlis 48/3000/35?

2) Which parameters do I use? Active Input ? AC Input?

Thanks.

But that doesn’t send a mail or notification (at least on mine)

It does, or a push notification via the app.

Assuming preferences are set right and antispam isn’t in the way.

Then there is something up with my push notifications and mail. They’re both setup, sending the test successful and I’m receiving the test.

Just not the live one

If you drop grid vrm should inherit a red bar thats says “grid lost” along with a notification on the gx. Does this at least happen?

Yup and yup.

I get the red bar that says something like Grid Overview. And yup it’s setup as AC = Grid. Maybe something with that Communication?

The grid monitor setting on the gx doesn’t create any rules. It just works.
