3 phase multiplus restarts by its own every few minutes

Hallo, I have set up the system 3 month ago, no changes since.

3x multiples 2 5000, cerbo gx, 450/200 mppt, 1000a smart shunt. 17s

All was working fine till one week ago, when I saw alert that multiples shut off and restarted by its own. First once a day, then twice now Avery few minutes.

The hole house is Connected to the 3 multiplus. So no em24 or else is used. It is configured to grit point 0w with all three phases.

The shutdown comes with 200w load or 500w load the is no connection for me visible.

Any ideas why it is restarting?

I could but my other installation with 18s works like a charm since 2 years. I only build this one with 17s because of the mppt which only supports 60v.

Do you really think the multiplus goes off because 17s?

I doubt it.

Mppt is working without hiccups.

Here the problem from Cerbo :

the multiplus Switches off without human interaction.

There was a problem with the GX board inside MP-II GX version.

It would restart when battery was above 58V.

Also, I had a problem with one of my MP-II that would switch off without reason. This one needed to be replaced.

Good luck.

Use the remote console and go to the inverter tab, device, serial numbers.

The alarm is reporting device #1 that is usually the inverter on L1.

You can match the serial number to the device number in the console.

In my case it was a slave at L3.

When working, the MP-II has LEDs ON indicating the state of it.

The culprit will turn off its LEDs first when it shuts off.

It happened once a month first, than once a week and finally couple times a day.

It took me many days of recording of those LEDs with the camera to finally observe which one turns off first.

Be patient and good luck.
