Lynx Shunt 1000 orange blinking light

My Lynx Shunt 1000 has an orange blinking light (means firm ware failure). It’s plugged into Cerbo GX correctly cable and terminating plugs. Cerbo GX firm ware is up to date. Shunt is not showing in VRM devices. Not reading on Touch 70. 24v Muliplue II can see the voltage. But the shunt isn’t reading anything. I hear you can update directly connecting to Lynx shunt 1000 but can’t find any info. Anyone have any ideas what’s going on or how to resolve this?

Did connection worked earlier or is that new installation? Have you tested different cable? Or is Cerbo restarted?

It was working at first install then out of no where this issue started. Cerbo restarted, and updated firm ware
