VRM Device list missing the menue options for Remote Configuration and Firmware Updates

Hi. My device list tab does not show the menue menue options for Remote Configuration and Firmeware Updates anymore. My user has full control. So I don't think it's a user rights isssue

Any ideas ?

Please add a screen print. The options are usually below the device list.

For anyone having that problem. I could solve it by updating the cerbo

Check if VRM two-way communication is still enabled in VRM online portal.
