Régime de neutre avec les convertisseurs phoenix 12/250 12/500 ?

Comment faire un régime de neutre sur les convertisseurs phoenix 12/250 et 12/250?

Doisje ouvrir le convertisseur, ou dois-je relier le neutre à la terre?

Merci de votre réponse, quel ampérage de fusible conseillez-vous en entrée (coté 12V) du phoenix 12/500?
