RS450 Error #200 problem

we heard about "problematic components" in some RS450 with serial numbers below HQ2232 what may cause a early devcie failure with Errro #200.

As we have 4 pcs of RS450-200 with serials HQ2222 to 2225 on stock, we are curious on what this problem components are and how to identify them.

All the MPTT are already mounted and will switch to operation state in the next days. To prevent failure of the devices when they are out at the customers any hints for preventive maintenance are helpful. Does a specific power up/down sequence help in this case ? We are able to solder THT or SMD components and like to avoid any failure as the devices could be far away in future. Can BMS is Pylontech US5000

Any if the stock that was still at distribution centres should have been pulled and not issued.

The faliure was an interesting one from that range. Happened under a specific set of circumstances during operation and not a high percentage of units.

The biggest one I saw was batteries that disconnect/reconnect of the contactor. And some who when it was installed and connected and had an electrically exciting time.

If they are in the field and have been working for a while they will be fine. ....the key statement is early faliure....
