Presumably you're attempting to use Connect via VRM. #R2 usually happens when internet is lost, either WAN is down or you've a fkaky router or something like that. Might even be the GX has knotted somehow, and you could try a reboot there.

i can reach the RPI via VictronConnect VRM from the Windowsclient.
i can reach the RPI via VRM online.
but only the iOS app won’t work for me.
