Fronius AC-coupled inverters not showing on VRM

I have multiple AC-coupled systems which were operating perfectly and showing all data correctly in the VRM until the recent problems occurred with the VRM system. Victron had some issues recently with VRM data and it appears to be corrected except for AC-coupled PV is now not showing at all.

I have checked in the settings and the PV inverters are detected, but they do not show in the portal. In the example below, it is a single-phase system with a Fronius Primo GEN24, but the phase data is not showing and says the product is a Fronius Tauro???

This is very frustrating as customers are very concerned that the system is not working.

I am having the same issue in a new install. I though i had set something up incorrectly. Please confirm that the sites you now have this problem on were operating fine before the VRM issues.

Can you also confirm that you have enabled the Solar API setting on the GEN24?

We also have this exact same problem and we can't monitor th system properly, is there any update on the fix for this?
