MPPT issues

I have a pair of MPPT 100/50 controllers on my camper. When I took the camper out of storage only one of the two controllers is showing up in the Victron Connect app. I checked the controller that wasn't working, and I do have power from the solar panels coming into the controller and power to the batteries coming out of the controller. The controller that is not working has a loud buzzing sound coming out of it.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the problem. The controller is about 18 months old.

Doesn't sound good. Suggest you return it to the dealer. There's a 5 year warranty on them.
