Multiplus 12/1200 restarts

My Multiplus 12/1200 restarts several times. In charger only mode. When switched to " on" I doesn't ?? Only when its connected to 220 Volt

I am sorry but your question is unclear as to what the issue is

Plus we need to know

Battery voltage when its on and as much information as you can supply

and some pictures of the setup would also help
