App not allow to change Temperature compensation

Anyone knows what to do:


I try to change temperature compensation from Victron app. Setting goes to ”Disable” as soon as I have select new temperature and pressed OK. No effect what ever temperature I try. Only setting which app allows is original temperature -16.20mV/C.


I have updated the app

Devices: SmartSolar 100/30 and smart batterysense

Did you select a battery preset then try and edit it?

Are you using gel or agm or flooded?

The victron gel allows 32mv

Yes, I selected battery present and edited it. I have Victron AGM batteries.

If you have the Victron batteries, why are you editing the preset for them?

Do you need to change the battery type to "User defined" to be able to edit the settings. If it is still on "AGM" then it might not let you change. Not 100% sure but worth a try.
