Setting off SS with Multiplus II GX and 3 x MPPTs, 4x Pylontech US3000C

Hi all,

i just finished the installation of our new Victron FVE and facing one issue:

Components:

- 3x Multiplus II 5kVA (3phase operation)

- Cerbo GX

- 4x Pylontech US3000C

-3 3x MPPT

Setting:

- ESS , (optimized with batterry life, feed in excess off, regulace individual phase -czech republic regulation , SOC 25%)

- DVCC forced on

Issue:

- battery is not beeing used in normal operation, discharge to 99% and imidiately charge up to 100%

- If I set multiphase regulation to total, everything seems to be OK and base on expectation, once I set up individual phase, issue occure again...

Any hind what i have incorectly set up?

The battery is charged from solar or from grid?

For LiFePO4, "Optimized (without BatteryLife)" is a better choice, in my view.

What size inverters are these?

Does remote console show any ESS status codes?

Have you tried without batterylife setting?

What does the bms ccl, dcl charts show?

Change the ESS to without battery life.!!!

- setting with and without battery life was already tested.. with no visible change... but ok, i will keep setting without battery life...

- ESS status code - whre i can find it? , victron show external control

If those are 3 x 5k inverters (50A input limit seems that way), then you also have way too little battery.

For 15kVA the pylon sizing guide wants 10 packs. 3 x US3000C is 37A x 3 = 111A.

15kVA will use upwards of 300A.

Are there any indicators on the front of the batteries? Do LED's align?

Pull VRM charts that show the BMS DCL/CCL limits.

Does the GX battery tab report the number of packs? Are any offline? (device and parameter tabs help).

If all else fails, it is possible the BMS is preventing discharge.

here is 4xUS3000C, (296Ah), on roof is 10kWp, all of batteries are online no error indication on batteries (all leds are green)

- 3x5k inverters for choose for future expansibility and increasing of margin...

Charts on VRM are not available today because of some issue on victron portal side... Once will be available, i will upload...

Maybe one more comment, once i switch off the grid, feeding of AC1 (back up) from battery work properly...

Figured out - ESS manager was set up only on one inverter... should be in all of that...
