The function of the Multiplus' ground relay seems to be quite a topic on this forum.
However, I can find nothing recent about the sequence of operation of the ground relay.
It appears that the ground relay is still closed when the AC in Neutral relay closes to the AC bus in the multi. This is causing problems with the earth leakage trip in the feed to AC in of the multi.
It would be far better for this relay to open before the AC in relays close, such that there is no possibility of a earth neutral loop. This loop will knock out any RCCB in the supply, and also in some installations could cause a large neutral / Earth current.
Perhaps this can be fixed in a future firmware upgrade?
