Get software for controller STM32F030C8T6 or controller for Phoenix Inverter Smart 12/2000

Dear sir/madam! Our phoenix smart inverter 12/2000 was broken. In local service we get information that problem with controller STM32F030C8T6 that is damaged. They try to install new one but they need the software to make it work. Tell me please if I can get the software for this microcontroller or buy new one from you that is already programmed? Thank you in advance!
