Dead cell replacement

One cell of a non-smart 160AH LiFePO4 is dead (0v), but the other 3 are fine (3.45v)
Can I buy a single cell?
And where from?
Or, do Victron do repairs?
And can dead cells be recycled?
Thanks :)

Make sure that you get the right version of this cell.

There is "Wide" and "Tall" version.

There should be a model number printed on the cell.
