Hello everyone, first time here with a strange problem.
Every time I want to shut dow the 12v of my rig it never starts back up on its own. I need to turn on a MPPT for the solar panels to wake up the system.
The way I shut down the system may be the problem.
I turn off the MP2 on the touch screen, then turn the mechanical switch to off on the MP2.
I then turn off the MPPT's then kill the main 12v switch from the batteries.
When it comes time to fire up the system I turn on the 12v main switch and I get a ticking every 5 seconds with a dab of 12v to the Lynx, and MP2. At this point nothing turns on, I have no touch screen, and the VRM in off line. I turn on the MP2 mechanical switch to on but nothing.
The only way I bring her back to life is to fire up the MPPT during the day allowing 12v to flow back into the system.
Today I did the same shut down but left "on" in the touch screen. I will see what happens.
