Hi All
I’m looking for some advice. I’ve got the follow spare panels: 3x380watt - JAM60S20S380MR and 1x450watt - JAM72S20460MR.
Is there anyway I can combine them on 1 string efficiently and what MPPT would you recommend?

It would work, but not efficiently. At best, the 450W panel would make 380W. Also the Vmp is different, so won't track perfectly either. You could try it, the full 4x should still make more power than 3x.
Presuming 48V batteries, a 250/60 is the smallest available for a 4S string, but you could use a 150/35 for a 3S. Cheaper..
MPPT 150/60 up to 250/70 Manual
