Hi all, thank you for the report; our monitoring noticed issues approx 45 minutes ago; and since then then we're working on it.

All "State" grahps - MPPT State, Solar Charger Relay State etc... - are showing void here.
Hi, yes that was temporary. Those state graphs cause enormous cpu load on the databases. And that is what the problem is: server overload.
We’re expanding all clusters; this will be a thing of the past very soon.

Still not working, portal is up but no updates, still same figures, and no graphs.

Apologies, we have temporarily disabled the 'state' widgets like (ESS battery life state, and MPPT State).
This was done as a pre-cautionary measure to prevent other load issues from escalating. These state widgets take more server resources than the other widget types.
State widgets should be available again in the next 24 hours.

same here, noticed this since a couple of days after that event, reported here.
Also with some clients, realtime connections will not enable, when accessing VRM.
I also had my PV-Inverter tile showing no output Power (while individual phases, as well as remote console, reported all fine).
Up for me. Try reload. I did get a few error messages briefly a few minute ago
Having issues here too with multiple sites, UK.
seems down here, vrm telling me last update was 31 mins ago from the cerbo. Historic data also very slow to retrieve in the advanced view, and has 31 mins or so missing at the end. Based in the UK.
Same here ..... was noticing some of my Advance data like VE.Bus State wasn't showing while AC inpout Voltage was and then all of a sudden data came through again......
