How do I avoid draining battery when charging EV

Is there a way to keep the battery state of charge at 80% while I'm charging an EV off peak between 2am and 6am. I have a 5kw pylontech battery connected to a victron ac decoupled in verter. Rgds Frank

Do you have the ess assistant installed?

Then Scheduled charging could be an option
