I have got to a situation where my installer has become "hostile" and i want a new installer to take over access to my Cerbo GX. Is there any way to reset the Cerbo password etc to have a new installer take over? It seems the original installer virtually "owns" the unit and no-one else can get access without his permission.
Don't you have full access to YOUR system?
I have full access but so does he as the installer. Do not want him interfering with settings. Cerbo unit needs a password which i dont have
