Cerbo GX fails to trigger alarm relay

I am using the Cerbo GX alarm relay to sound a buzzer when an alarm condition occurs.

In settings, I think I have all the alarms activated, but when an alarm condition occurs, neither the buzzer (nor the GX itself) activate.

I have tested the buzzer.

I have tested Relay 1 in manual mode - it works.

It seems that when an alarm condition occurs, the relay is not being triggered. Is there another setting somewhere that needs establishing?

(Note: I had this alarm system working with my previous Cerbo - but that was replaced under warranty and since then the alarm system has not worked.)

In the settings, have you set the first relay as an alarm relay?

I think you can set it as a generator start/ stop, general relay or alarm relay?

Thanks for the reply, I have the relay set as alarm and the alarm rule works as expected but for some reason the relay never triggers. It works fine if setup as generator start stop but I need a high and low SOC trigger
