Low voltage while bulk charging

I have had my lifepo battery in storage for 6 months and it has run quite empty. Now when trying to charge it, Multiplus II is at 13,66V (measured from battery with multimeter. Could it be that reseller has configured the Multiplus incorrectly, or is this related to empty battery? Charging should be at 14,6V, no?

If you are charging in bulk, then the charge is current limited, and the voltage will rise to the absorption voltage. If the voltage is low -then check what the charge current is. If this is also low, then the multi may have been incorrectly set.

Just got mppt installed and it's also charging at 13.5V in bulk mode when setting is 14.6. So either is normal or something going on with the battery. Have to study more about the charge modes.

Now got it, it is operating normally. In bulk mode voltage is rising until at absorption level.
