Hello, we have Quatro 48/15000 3 master and 6 slave units, BYD LVL 15.6 kWh 12 batteries, Fronius Symo Eco 27 kW, Symo 20 kW, Symo 10 kw and MPPT 150/85 6 units.
The system has been operating as an off-grid. In the last month, it first gives Error 5 error, then Error 18 code. The system does not work.
We did cable checks, but it worked one day and gave the same fault again. I'm asking for a solution on this.

This probably means that there are PV inverters that do not:
-reduce power when frequency shifts to control them, this leads to overvoltage on AC output and the Quattro's shut down due to overvoltage.
Check the settings of your PV inverters.
What programming was done on the Fronius inverters other than setting the Micro Grid?
What assistant did you program onto the inverters to control the frequency?
Is the BYD vharge voltages set to the on grid or off grid voltages on the victron and in the BMU?
Both of those errors relate to AC wiring issues.... check for loose connections.....
Check for shorts, wires mixed up like line and neutral or a ground issue....
Not sure how anyone on the forum will be able to help with that.

Şimdilik sorun değil, ama önereceğini tekrar kontrol edeceğini. Bir fprm'de BYD max şarj gerilimini düşürün ve fronius frekans kaymasını daha yüksek bir değere çekin diyor.

I have the same issue with a system with the following configuration :
9 x Victron 15 kVA
3 x Fronius 25 kW on the AC output
80 x Pylontech us2000C
in ESS configuration, everything is working fine if the batteries SOC is low and we have where to use the produced energy, but soon as batteries get around 80% SOC we have this issue.
We have al the settings , what victron recomend both on the victron and both on the fronius (MC50, Control via Modbus)
What can we do, to not have this issue anymore ?
