Upload VRM GX file issues

Receive the "file too big" error in VRM when uploading cerbo log file. The file has been compressed/zipped. Steps that have been attempted:

  • Partitioning and reimporting the data in smaller batches under 64MB, this also fails.
  • The database file is reported as corrupt by sqlite3
  • Reduced under 64MB and uncorrupted SQlite3 files are rejected on upload
  • Data file is readable in sqlite3, and contains 207 data points on 1-minute resolution.
  • Data has previously successfully uploaded to the VRM ID (Jan 2023)

The same issue is experienced on other sites independent of this site. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

I’ll pass it on the VRM team and see what’s going on.

Any news on this? I am also having the same issue. My file is 244MB and compressed about 12MB. I have tried compressing it to different sizes, and as with sean-lepoidevin my data is also comprised of 1 minute intervals, and I had previously uploaded another dataset similar to this current one many months ago.

Was there any resolution to this?
Asking because I'm in a very similar situation.
Trying to upload a big, zipped vrmlogger file that just won't go.

Hi @Diamond,

As far as I know this file size limit has been raised.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue, and/or any more information?
