MULTIPLUS II - 48/5000 LOW BATTERY

Muliplus II 48/5000 will not stay on inverter LED On full time but will keep flicking to low battery LED even when the battery is fully charged. What could have been the problem? Firmware was also updated to the latest firmware but the problem still remains.
