victronconnect no devices found mppt 100/30

I have tried two android phones a samsung s4 mini, an lg v30, and a windows notebook. None of these devices see the mppt 100/30.

Hi,

do you have blue solar or smart solar units? Do you use a bluetooth dongle?

If you have a Blue solar unit then this unit does not have bluetooth, however you can purchase a add on bluetooth dongle from your victron Dealer
