no certificate after passing the test

yesterday i created my account with victron professional and watched some training videos under training, after that i did the tests and passed them, unfortunately the next button is missing at the end. so i can download the certificate. it is also not displayed in my account, it says i haven't done any training yet. Does it finish if you go through it again?
