Gen AC Input Not Showing Up in VRM or Touch 50

AC input info not showing up in VRM or on Touch 50, although the AC Charger is working via the (2) MPII 3048s.. Anyone else experience this? Please help!

Does the inverter appear in the devices list?

What firmware are you running?

Yes.. I/C appears & shows AC load info in VRM & on Dashboard.. MPII 3048 I/C FW=490 .. see attached (3) clipsmm-icinfo.jpg

We have the same issue. The Honda e2000 is connected and the charger is charging, the display shows as in the OP - Blank box for the AC 1 Input. However, during inverting, ie. there is a load on the AC 110 system, the display does show the AC1 input.
