ET 112 not showing in devices on Multiplus11 GX

Hi - A Multiplus11 GX with a battery storage and PV - Two problems, may be connected - we have connected an ET112 energy meter to read a spurious PV inverter, this can be seen, and has been set up within the Menus, but isn't showing in the device list?? in addition we do not get any values on the normal display screed - or on any of the sections??

Hi @CWOODHD

Does the meter data show up if you plug the meter into a computer and monitor it with Carlo Gavazzi software? That will then confirm if the issue is with the meter or not.
