Hi to add; what needs doing, is carefully read and follow the instructions in the link that Boekel posted.
The unit might be broken. Or not. And if it is broken, its possible that its due to a wrong installation (too high load for the transfer switch, so system design out of specs).
Going through that analysis here on community won’t be very effective, hence: please use normal support channels and anyway start with all advises in the VE.Bus Error #24 error description linked by Boekel.
