EV Ladestation zu wenig Leistung?

Hallo

Hello

We've been trying to get an EV charging station running for a few days.

The charging station is integrated into an ESS system.

Firmware version 1.24

If we connect a BMW i3 and start charging, we immediately get the error message in the vehicle (charging aborted, network power too low)

The max. charging current is set to 16A.

Loading does not work in manual and automatic mode.

It is an ESS system with 3x Multiplus 2 48/5000 and an MPPT 450/100 in combination with a Cerbo GX and a 28kWh storage.

The EV charging station is already connected to the GX via Modbus.
The charging station is designed as a three-phase system.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the reason or what the error could be?
THANKS! Sg Anton

Try to lower the current to 6A. The charging station is not affecting the power in any way. There is just a contactor between the Grid or Inverters and the Vehicle.

But is it starting when you press start on the charging station? Do you hear the relay closing inside the charging station? Can you provide more details?

The system now works perfectly, the reason was a loose plug from the control of the relays that switch through the 3 phases. Many thanks to Lucian Popescu (Victron Energy Staff) who helped me a lot online. All after work. Many thanks to Lucian and Victron
