Smart shunt 500a will not connect to victron connect after firmware update

Hi,

Just returned to boat in remote indonesia. Did firmware update on smart shunt as prompted in victron connect. Update failed. Completed update via vrm portal.

Victron connect shows device and voltages in device list. Connection attempt fails after approx 3 min at 90% (seams to accept default pin). Have completed all steps in help doc.

All worked fine on this phone before firmware update.
