VE.Direct and Cerbo S GX

I already have 4 VE.direct devices, SmartShunt a 100/50 and a 100/30 and a 100/20 controller.

OK I have it all hooked up and I am having strange problems with it.

It first started with the 100/50 controller. The watt output was bouncing from 0 to maybe 50 watts. After I unhooked the VE.Direct cable it went back to normal. Then it started it again the next morning, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in.

Then it started doing the same thing with the 100/30 controller. So I unplugged it and plugged it back it.

I also unhooked the 100/20 controller from the Cerbo, and it still does it. The 100/20 controller is hookup using a VE.Direct to USB cable.

It doesn't do right away, but after some time it will start bouncing, and output is very low.

I have moved the cable away from the battery cables and it still does it.

Is is possible the cable is bad??

Please ensure that you are not using the USB port next to the HDMI socket.

Is the firmware at the same version for all mppt's?

You are not using DVCC and Smart Networking at the same time?

DVCC is turned off and I am not using the USB port next to the HDMI socket.

And the firmware is up to date.

Still doing it, so I switched the cables between 2 of the controllers.

Maybe post a screenshot from VRM or Victron Connect showing the mppt pv voltage / pv current and battery voltage / current graphs.

I changed out the order and the the 100/30 is in the far right port, (as you are looking at it) and the 100/50 is in the middle port, and the Smart Shunt is in the far left port.

The 100/20 is connected to the far left USB port.

So far it's working, I think the order was the problem, the 277 is the 100/30, the 278 is the 100/50 and the 288 is the 100/20.

The Smart Shunt is showing up as 279.

It seems to be working now.
