Multiplus 2 3000 fuse triggers after e few minutes.

For testing and updating purpose i connected my new multiplus 2 on ac in with grid.

I can read configuration but after a few minutes a relay in multiplus clicks and my 16amp fuse triggers.

So i feel not confident enugh to upgrade firmware because of power loss while updating.


Nothing else is connected at this moment with the multiplus.


If i connect the Multiplus II to a VE bus gx i got an error ve11 (grid relay test failure)


Maybe someone knows whats going wrong.

Hi Michael. To do the firmware upgrade the multi only needs to be connected to a battery - no ac connection needed. Have you tried it like this?
