Hallo Community,
my Van is in Winter Storage since November, now i have a low battery shutdown.
The Battery is connected to an external VE.Bus BMS, Solarcharger is a SmartSolar MPPT 100V 30 Amp.
Obviously, the BMS deactivated the Charger and shut down the Battery. I can't see any Devices in the Victron Connect App. The BMS-LED is red.
I tried to charge the Battery with a Blue Smart IP22 Charger. After one day, the Solarcharger was visible in the App and i could connect. The Charger showed only 1,66V Battery current.
The Blue Smart IP22 Charger says, the Battery is fully loaded and switches to Storage mode. I don't think that this is true and the Battery is completely deactivated and doesn't take any current.
What can i do to reactivate the Battery though the device can be charged by the IP22 ? Please help.
