Frequency shift not working

We have installed a few systems that have Multiplus 2s ac coupled to enphase equipment off grid. This normally works great, however we have just done this ac coupling to another site recently, all set up the same, and the frequency shifting doesn't work, the system stays at 50hz, so the multiplus attempts to overcharge the 48v lithium batteries, so we have to turn off the ac coupled system. Any ideas on why this isn't working?

@PeterM is the assistant for frequency shifting also needed, if the ESS assistant is installed?

No, it is covered in the PV inverters section of the ESS Assistant:1684019195221.png

Ok, then I have already enabled it, thanks!

Maybe you can help me with that? https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/126146/3-phase-multiplus-ii-ess-with-enphase-current-sens.html?childToView=205380#answer-205380

You may have to experiment with the frequency settings. The defaults shown in my screenshot may not be appropriate, I had to change them for my Steca inverters as they are 12 years old. I see from the other thread that yours are different, did you check with the enphase manual for the right settings?

I set the parameters in Victron equal to the one in the grid profile.

My inverters do not have progressive output control, the shut down frequency is 51.0 Hz so I wanted all three settings to be 51.1 Hz, but this is not allowed, they have to be different.

So I have mine set as follows, you could try that and see if it works for you:

@sharpener can these settings be done with the Cerbo GX so not requiring MK3 VE config tool?

You need to do this settings in the VE Config tool.

You can upload the config files without the physical MK3 tool by going in VRM to the Device List tab, there is a button lower down the page. That's how I have always done it.
