Hi,
I have a unit with 2 MPPTs (250/100). One is not producing more than 15W. I have checked settings with VictronConnect, MPPT settings are correct. Have shut whole system down multiple times and restarted.
As an aside, MPPT name is different in VictronConnect, the dashboard and the device list of the VRM.
Any ideas on what I can check?

You should check that battery settings for you MPPT match between the 2 units. If one is set lower then the other they will never work together. You can rename the MPPT from the connect app. Be sure to use the correct set points and settings recommend by your battery manufacture.
Open Victron Connect app and select the device you want to rename.
1. Select the gear icon top right.
2. Then select "3 vertical dots" icon top right.
3. Select "product info" from the list.
4. Select "Edit" custom name.
5. Enter a meaningful name and select "OK"
This works for all devices in Victron Connect.
