Hello, i have a problem with my Blue Smart IP65 12/15. If i start the charger with connection to a battery, it shows a problem / error. Battery voltage to high (21,21 volts / in few minutes it falls to 17 or 16 volts). A voltmeter shows a voltage in this moment 12,97 volts.
I dont know what is wrong.
If i dont connect the charger to a battery, it shows the same error.
The 5 LEDs blinking.
Knows everyone this error? Is the charger damaged?

Does that also happen when you connect the battery first and then connect the AC power cable to a mains power outlet? It just can't measure properly without a battery connected.
It appears to be a faulty charger. Please return it to your dealer.
Thank you for your reply. A faulty charger is very bad. But its the second one, which is faulty in 3 weeks. Is there a quality problem with this chargers?
