Why does Sylvia Becke from victron want access to my vrm

Hi,


if you don't know that person, ignore the email (and you can remove the request in VRM)

it's likely a typo from someone, or (less likely) a double VRM id.
If it's a double id, this is resolved if the new system updates it's firmware.

Had a email requesting access , seems a bit strange as i have had no warning and when I replied it bounce back to me.

Can you make a screenshot of the email?

I'm sure it is an automatic email coming from the VRM Portal because someone wants access to the system with that VRM ID maybe it is just a typo.

But there also was a batch of Cerbo that got the same VRM ID in the factory.

I'm sure you can just ignore that email.
