According to this video from Victron is should be possible to see Venus GX in the VictronConnect App.
Sad enough I can't seem to find my Venus GX.
It's online and working... WiFi is active...
Is there something in the Venus OS I need to enable?

It was an IP-conflict on the WiFi network, that was responsible for the problem.
Thank you for the answer. Was it solved by restarting devices? Or another way?
Hey @Guy Stewart (Victron Energy Staff), no had set a manual IP in the WiFi on the Venus GX, same as my printer DOH! - ERROR 40!
So after I changed the IP address to a different it got visible in the VictronConnect App.
As long as you are on the same WiFi network as your Venus device it should work. Which Venus firmware are you running?
@Murraynated: It's version 2.23.
Remote Console on VRM is enabled and up.
Two-way communication is enabled.
I'm On the same WiFi network as the Venus GX.
I also tried to connect to the WiFi provided by the Venus GX.
or you can use the VRM and caoonet from anywhere including remote connect,
but you need to conect the venus to the Net and setup the remote access
@Paul B: Its allready on the VRM :)
