We have an installation with 3 Quattro's and 14 Lithium batteries of 180Ah, we are sure that the charging time on Bulk is not longer then 10 hours, anything else possible?

PLEASE download the victron toolkit to your phone and this will show you what the flashing led lights mean.
It would be best to contact whoever installed this and discuss it with them
