Unlesss you have something that draws 428W your shunt is likely to be installed wrong.

It looks like it has been set up as a DC energy meter not a battery monitor. If you need it to function as a battery monitor then you will need to go into the settings and change the function over. Click on the cog icon at the top right to get to the settings. The manual can be downloaded from the Victron site.
