New Victron MultiPlus 12/500/20 not responding after installation

Hey! I just got a brand new - and my very first - Victron MultiPlus inverter/ charger 12/500/20 for my camper project. When I connect to battery and flips switch to either "charger" or "on", the charger LED flashes shortly and then nothing happens. Same thing happens when I connect AC in. The MultiPlus does not initiate charging.

The battery is charged (14 volt), so low voltage shouldn't be the problem.

What am I missing?

Hi, does the inverter supply AC out? Could you include a couple of photos please? Anthony
