The Cerbo GX is repeatedly starting the generator with the reason given as "Low SOC" although the SOC is not lower than the start threshold and the grid is connected. After the minimum run time the generator shuts off to restart again. The SOC generator start threshold is set at 40% and it should recharge to 96%. To resolve the issue I finally turned off autostart.
This has happened before on another system and both times the generator was manually shut down the day before the event. It almost seems like the generator is try to recharge to 96% although the system is no longer below the threshold, although it's not clear why this happens hours after the manual shutdown. Is this a known bug?
This behaviour generates lots of errors as because the grid is connected, the generator is not detected. Needless to say, the user doesn't understand what is going on.
