Have a Multiplus 300/120 charging a house bank (boat) of wet cell batteries. Figured out how to start an equalization, but it never got to the battery manufacturers voltage (15.2v) and then stopped somewhere around 1 hour. Really needed 3 or so hours. Can you help? The company I purchased the system from is not responding at all.
