Temp x Cerbo temp sensors


We have a customer who has recent installed 4 x Cerbo temp sensors to part number ass000001000
the customer has everything installed and has lengthen the wires on 2 units. All four units are testing 10 degree hotter thank measured on the lug.

1 x temp sensor on battery bank
1 x temp sensor battery room
1 x temp sensor fridge
1 x temp sensor freezer.

Have you seen this problem? Can you shed any light or why this may be occurring? Is there a known solution for this issue?

A commonly asked question for sure.

You need to calibrate them by changing the offset. It mentioned in the Cerbo manual.

To do that you need super user access.
