Multiplus 2 GX inverter does not show statistics and no access to the system panel

the inverter works, but there are no operation statistics, and online monitoring shows everything.

Firmware update didn't help.

what to do ?

These are different errors on different systems.

how can i solve this problem ?

search and read the manuals. there are a few checks you need to do. and you also need to make sure you have enabled two way communication
